How RoleFort works

RoleFort is a lightweight, deterministic self-assessment. It scores your work on seven internal dimensions: AI automation exposure, physical-world dependency, human trust and accountability, human interaction, decision complexity, unstructured problem-solving, and AI leverage potential.

Each answer you give contributes to those dimensions with a fixed, published weight. Your final RoleFort score is a weighted blend: judgement and complex decisions count most, followed by physical work, human trust, and human interaction, with AI leverage and resistance to automation providing balancing counterweights.

The scoring is transparent and deterministic — the same answers always produce the same score. There is no random component and no machine learning involved in the calculation.

RoleFort is not a prediction that your job will or won't disappear. It's an estimate of task-level exposure and durable human advantage. Real careers are shaped by many factors that no 90-second test can capture.
