Refund policy

The RoleFort Full Career Report is a one-time digital purchase (€9.90). Because the full report is delivered instantly upon successful payment, purchases are generally non-refundable once the report has been unlocked and viewed.

When you can request a refund

• The report failed to unlock after your payment was processed.
• You were charged more than once for the same result.
• You purchased by mistake and have not yet opened the full report.

How to request a refund

Send us the email address used for payment and the RoleFort result code (visible in the URL, for example rolefort.com/result/ABC1234) to support@rolefort.com. Eligible refunds are processed within 10 business days back to the original payment method.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction. Where local law grants a right of withdrawal for digital content, that right applies until the content has been made available to you.
